To view KC Video, you must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed

Visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to download the latest version

NOTE: The McAfee Security Scan Plus software offered by Adobe is not required

 

Live Broadcast Help


This section is for those who are viewing a Live Broadcast. Typically, the Den and the Tour are streamed live and unedited. Once the Live Stream has ended, it cannot be viewed again. If you tune in half-way through the broadcast, you will not be able to see what has already been shown.

You will not be able to do the following with a live event:

We often experience high volumes of traffic for live broadcasts. If you are experiencing problems viewing the live stream, try the following:

 

Video On-Demand (VOD) Help


This section is for those who are viewing a VOD (Video On-Demand) Broadcast. This means that the video has been pre-recorded and is available for viewing anytime. It is not a Live Broadcast. Typically, Live events, such as the Den and the Tour are uploaded to VOD after the Live event occurs. This is usually done right after the Live broadcast so viewers can watch it at their convenience.

Special Messages and the Matrix are usually pre-recorded and made available through VOD.

The Matrix is released every Tuesday night at 9pm est (6pm pst) and made available for 24-36 hours. If you missed a Matrix, they will be available through the e-partnership program coming very soon.
